This email serves as a letter of recommendation for Absolute Concrete Works.
Last spring we were contracted to build a fountain plaza for the NW Hospital which had a pre-cast concrete radius bench around the perimeter of the pool. Water features are not usual projects in our typical scope. We found out early on when soliciting for bids that it would be
a challenge to find some one capable of performing the work to our high standards. Fortunately for us we found Absolute Concrete Works.
Providing typical to high end or specialty stone and pre-cast concrete work is apparently their forte. They came to our offices and gave a presentation to our Principals and Project Managers to provide better familiarity
of their product. This type of hands on and can do customer service and the quality of the craftsmanship is what impressed all that attended the presentation. During the construction process they worked seamlessly with our site Superintendent to meet our rigorous timeline. Their
company consistently set the bar for quality control and customer service when on site. They were proactive in working with other trades and contacting us to ensure any discrepancies were handled in a timely manner. Fortunately, there were little to no discrepancies to be had.
They consistently exceeded our standards.
